Serves/Makes: 20 | Difficulty Level: 3 | Ready In: 1-2 hrs

Ingredients:
1 cup Applesauce
2 cups Sugar
2 Egg
2 Egg white
6 Bananas -- mashed
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
5 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking soda
4 teaspoons Baking powder
2 teaspoons Cinnamon

Directions:
Combine sugar and wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients separately. Add to wet ingredients.

Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350, 50 to 60 minutes.
