Introduction:

Remember: I.T. is a class where a student should learn how to use technology, but also appreciate and identify HOW technology impacts our every day lives. You, your friends, family, our community, country and world use technology in many different ways. We need to know how to use technology appropriately and be safe. I.T. and the many programs we use help communicate and develop our understanding of many topics. We all use technology for entertainment as well. Students develop critical thinking and problem solving skills by using the design process cycle to creatively produce solutions to needs and problems.

Our power point assignment touches on the three areas of Technology emphasized by IB MYP: information, materials and systems.

Guiding question: How can I use technology to creatively communicate my understanding of knowledge? (In this case, communicate your understanding of the design process cycle using power point.)
