Start thinking about Friday's reading response (due Monday)
How is a letter similar / different to an e-mail?
What is the "proper" format for an e-mail?
Do you write letters or e-mail differently for different audiences?
Overdue:
Paper bag/three items
- a number of students completed and submitted their bags on time
- a number of students required an extension
For those requiring another day, please organize and prioritize your time. The school year will only get busier. Use your planner or set up an on-line calendar to remind you of dates when assignments are do.
yahoo and gmail have excellent on-line calendars.
Math - math assessment continues this week
I suggest that every student has his/her own math set and calculator, though there are a number of items that are available for borrowing.
Reading- CASI assessment to be done at the end of the week.
