Note: If you don’t see it on your toolbar click the >> on the top left and it will be listed.
Excel uses the same drawing toolbars but you can make the columns wider / more narrow and rows taller / shorter depending on how you want the page to look.
You can also change the look of a cell by RIGHT clicking on a cell.
If you choose FORMAT cell you can change the look of the cell’s border, PATTERN (eg. fill colour) and how the number (date or text appears) by choosing the appropriate tabs.

Use the spreadsheet to recreate your week’s timetable.
To see how it will look like printed, just select the RANGE of cells.
Eg. your time table.
Go to File --> Print Area --> Set Print Area
Then do a print preview to view your file.
Save your spreadsheet in your home drive and the shared drive.
Do not print.
